Our second home for this client features a great floor plan with a family room opening, perfectly connecting to the real rear porch. The new threshold pocketing door and wood floor match the loggia porcelain floor, creating a seamless flow. The exterior pool area features a vanishing edge pool. We did the interior design and furnishing in-house as well.
