We were thrilled to contract with Joan and Jeff, having built a home for Jeff’s parents years earlier. Inspired by those fond memories, and in collaboration with award-winning architect Mitchell O’Neill, we created a modern masterpiece tailored to their passions. At the heart of the home is a water feature that subtly scores their wedding song, "It's a Beautiful Life" in the tile accents. Musical themes echo throughout, from melodic tile patterns to the rhythmic flow of space. Outdoors, a summer kitchen, bocce court, large putting green, and glowing fire pit form a luxurious playground unlike anything we’ve built before. This home? Pure harmony—and worthy of a standing ovation.
