In the realm of architectural craftsmanship, few projects shine as brightly as the home we had the privilege to build and decorate for Mr. Morse, an esteemed owner of the Boston Red Sox. A true visionary, Mr. Morse embodies the spirit of a winning coach– undaunted, decisive, and deeply involved in the details that elevate a house into a home. From the outset, Mr. Morse's hands-on, anything-is-possible approach set the tone for this extraordinary endeavor. He insisted that each light fixture and AC supply was centered on its respective ceiling board, leading us to use varying widths. He also wanted no cuts on any bath tiles, allowing us to lay each bath out for its respective tile. The windows and doors were the finest, sourced from upstate New York. Slate was sourced from Vermont; some pieces installed were in excess of 12 feet long. Every corner, every surface, and every fixture was thoughtfully considered, resulting in a harmonious blend of functionality and elegance. As you step through the front door, the meticulous craftsmanship is immediately apparent. Ultimately, this home stands as a true masterpiece worthy of the World Series and not surprisingly, we had to make room for a fourth trophy late in the last inning.
